Big data is big. Big data knows what we read, listen to, our whereabouts, our hangouts. Why we suffer, why we broke up, what have we dined and most probably what’s in for the breakfast time. Big data is what YouTube recommends you to like. Big data is also news on Google – ones for me, others for you. Big data is also when Facebook takes care of your memories eight years ago. Moreover Big data is fattening. Further Big data is when you have more than 1K friends and no one to go for a walk.
Big data are data points in giant data sets - you have one, I have the other one, everyone has its own, all of them unique and special, but as a matter of fact same and senseless. The seam connected, but they are opposite. Big data puts us in the net, leaving us without network. It binds, but does not connect us.
We invite you for to participate in live action, in which we create Small Data.
